  • Absolutely! Our venue includes a cozy room in the back where children can take a break from the excitement if they need some quiet time. We’ll also have plenty of lawn games available to keep them happy and entertained throughout the celebration.

  • Our wedding celebration will take place on Friday, July 24th at the Diamond Spur Event Center. Located just outside of Rapid City near the junction of Highways 16 and 385, the venue’s address is 23826 Mill Iron Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702.

  • The Diamond Spur Event Center offers ample on-site parking for up to 200 vehicles, with a large parking area located conveniently, right in front of the venue. We encourage guests to arrive early and enjoy the views that the Black Hills has to offer.

  • If you need assistance booking a hotel or Airbnb, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Samantha or Rachel. Either of them would be more than happy to help you secure accommodations or offer guidance on which area might be the best fit for your stay.

  • The ceremony will be held outdoors, just outside the Diamond Spur Event Center.

    The reception will take place indoors, and following dinner, guests will be invited to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces for the remainder of the evening.

  • Of course! We kindly ask that any guests bringing a plus one include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We want to make sure everyone has a seat and a meal to enjoy.

  • Rather than an open bar, we will be providing four batch cocktail pitchers for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and into the reception. Cocktail flavors are yet to be determined.

  • Yes. We invite our guests to dress in dressy casual to semi-formal attire. Think nice button-up shirts, nice jeans or slacks, summer dresses, or cocktail-style attire. Jackets, ties, and formalwear are welcome but not required.

    Please avoid white, ivory, or cream colored attire. Any shade of blue would be a better option.
